Brand isn’t something you sell

At some point this year, it hit me like a pile of bricks.

Brand isn’t meant to be sold. As a founder, you either know you need it or you don’t.

You can’t convince someone they need a brand in the same way you can’t convince someone eating fast food that they need a lifestyle change. It requires too much courage. They have to get there on their own, otherwise it will never work.

This was a profound realization for me.

My job isn’t to pitch or sell; instead my time is better spent educating & inspiring. Showing clients what’s possible when you carry your story across the customer journey.

Off-Menu isn’t here to sell you anything.
When you’re ready to build, we’re here.
